GenerOZity #2 Is This Weekend!

GenerOZity is a 48-hour guerrilla pop-up Twitch charity marathon that brings together streamers, YouTubers, podcasters, community groups and more from around Australia to raise money for Child’s Play

All proceeds from the event will be spent helping to bring games and entertainment to Paediatric wards across Australia. In August 2016, the first GenerOZity raised $6,500 and garnered over 58,000 views. We’ve spent the last 6 months increasing the scope of the event in the hopes of bringing in even more goodwill.

The show will be streamed live on GenerOZity’s Twitch channel, as well as simulcast upon their website www.generozity.com.au, commencing at 5:30PM AEDT on January the 20th (Running through to 6:00PM AEDT on Sunday the 22nd of January.)

During the event, we’ll be holding host to a massive cast of leading Australian content creators: streamers and YouTubers such as Loserfruit and James Turner, community groups including The Peanut Gallery and OzHadou, and industry figures such as Guy ‘Yug’ Blomberg (PAX Aus, Oz ComicCon, GameHugs, The Matt and Yug Podcast).

The event is to be held at Level 1, 55 Harrington St, The Rocks, NSW. The venue will be open to all participants.
