Season 4 2019: Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Akros Summer Series 2019

Tournament Information:
LPL are proud to announce an end of year tournament for all LPL CSGO users with a $2,000 prize pool. As this tournament will be a standalone tournament to celebrate the end of years, this tournament will NOT affect current placements, placements will be on hold until further notice in 2020.

With the introduction of a new Anti-Cheat named Akros.ac, we hope to introduce a more stable, reliable and consistent Anti-Cheat for all users to enjoy, and for a better and fairer competitive environment going into the end of the year, and ultimately, into 2020.

Entry Requirements:
All users must have an LPL Premium subscription and have Akros Anti-Cheat installed.

Format:
The tournament is split into two stages: Qualifiers and Playoffs.

Qualifiers:
Every week for four weeks, teams will update their match times via their team settings and play matches assigned by the website, up to 3 matches per week. The top 4 teams at the end of the week four will proceed into the Playoffs stage.

Playoffs:
The top 4 teams from the Qualifiers stage will play a Single Elimination Bo3 bracket. Semi #1 played on Monday 2nd December 8PM AEDT Bo3 and Semi #2 played on Tuesday 3rd December 8PM AEDT Bo3. The grand finals will be played on Thursday 12th December at 8PM AEDT Bo3.

To use the Akros Anti-Cheat, follow the steps:
1. Download the file.
2. Click keep rather than discard in your browser as it may auto block it.
3. Open file as administrator.
4. Click run anyway on windows defender.
5. Wait 10-20 seconds for it to appear on bottom right of screen.
6. Launch CSGO after this process (not before).

If you would like to test your anti-cheat before a match we have a server currently set-up. Go into your console and put connect 162.248.91.212:27015

If your AC is working fine then you will have no problems joining, if you are unable to join please try again or contact an admin.

Tournament Week 5 (Semi Finals) – Monday 2nd December 8PM Bo3 and Tuesday 3rd December 8PM Bo3.
Tournament Week 6 (Finals) - Thursday 12th December 8PM Bo3
