Hey guys,

So I know there are quite a few guys on here who actually train quite hard. I have recently gotten back into weight training seriously again. I trained from the ages of 15 to 19 quite heavily due to being a state Rugby Player (Waratahs Academy, NSW Country). I have had 2 and a half years off and now i'm looking for some advice on cutting.

When I stopped training I was around the 85kg's mark, at 5ft 10". Pretty big for a 19 year old. Since then I have put on around 10 kilograms (mostly body fat), and am in need of advice as to how to cut without compromising on body strength training.

If anybody has any actual advice and not trolling bullcrap, feel free to comment

yeah try the keto diet, it's tough to keep to but if you like bacon and eggs and olive oil then go crazy on it
otherwise just train harder man and eat a little cleaner
