Welcome everyone, to StarCraft 2, with CyberGamer and LPL. For 2019, we have announced almost 10k in prize money to be used exclusively for you players! The 2019 year will be open for any user across Southeast Asia and Oceania to compete in. So let everyone know, now is the time!

We are aiming to bring some consistent competition for players of all skill levels from seasoned players through to the newbies, and to do that we have introduced 3 different divisions.

Challenger: $2.4k prize pool, 8 player invite division
Amateur: $830 prize pool, 8 player invite division
Open: $150 prize pool, free to play, open for all players

In order to compete in Challenger and Amateur, players must have an active subscription during the season. Find it here

Rather than a traditional ladder format like in previous seasons, we are moving to a weekly schedule where 2 to 3 matches will be played every Monday Night at 7pm AEDT. Finals will be a top 4 single elimination in a Bo5 format, except for the Open Division. They will play a top 8 single elimination final in a Bo3 series.

FFYI (Fight for your invite)
To determine the invited players to the top divisions, we will be holding a qualifier on February 2nd to determine who gets placed where. Matches will be Bo3 in a Double Elimination bracket with the top 12 invited to their respective divisions. Once this initial season is over and have we a solid record of player results, we will introduce a much more stable relegation system rather than a mass FFYI.
To determine who was initially invited in to the Challenger division, we used aliguac, past WCS, ANZPL and CG leagues to determine the top 4 of the scene.

Players should sign up for the open division in preparation for the season, and if you get invited to a higher division, you will be moved up there from the open div.

is it standard SC2, or is it heart of the swarm/ /legacy of the void specific expansion?
just curious as SC2 is free to play now, and the expansions changed the meta and builds something crazy. or is it a copy of GSL rule set

All matches will be played in the latest patch of Legacy of the Void (the most recent release).

@SkywalkerHogie All done on the match page when you get assigned a match. We have a match wall to talk on, and a button to submit scores after the match begins.
