Yo guys I'm kinda new to the Gym and wondering what are some good leg exercises, please help out by posting a picture or detailed description.

Going to get involved..will fill out the stats with an updated pic from 5weeks ago with a 5kg gain. Nav if you can get that bf% right down you look like a rig. Alot of hard work but get at it son!

Name: Steven
Age: 19
Goal: get bulked up
Workout/Routine: Every 2-3 days 1 hour 30 minutes roughly depending on soreness on weekends my brother in law spots me and i go up 5kg weights in almost every excersise
Diet: dont have a specific diet but i eat alot of junkfood. hence 2 soda's last night and popcorn while watching a movie, i usually eat some form of meat for dinner eg. chicken(most common) pork beef and lamb
Supps: Jack3d 30 min before workout......then Syntha 6 Protein at Night (same supplements Ronnie Coleman is said to use. and in the mornings and evenings after the workout day i take MAX's Muscle gainer (only have a little left then will change to someting else)

I do bi's tri's shoulders chest flies back all in one day because i like having rest days and not spend 35-45 minutes each day in the gym

Progress:

Been neglecting legs and abs just couldn't be bothered atm and my gym at home where i work out is not very leg friendly and im usually to tired after each workout

You're probably an Endomorph then, maybe try the Keto Diet & the Tabata cardio method when cutting. Just research them if you don't know what they are.

Jack3d is probably one of the worst preworkouts.
Mesomorph and Craze are best powders.

Best pre workout is Swollen by Nutrabolics, comes in tablet so dont have the awful taste.
