So I’ve recently ask for a refund of premium as I haven’t used it and it seems like they have obliged to this request by removing my premium subscription status. But I have not received a single reply to the ticket or emails to inform me what is going on ? Am I safe to assume the balance will be transferred back to my account in ample time?
