Welcome everyone, to Season 3 of Starcraft 2 with LPL!
Many congratulations to everyone who competed in Season 2!
We hope users will be able to enjoy Season 3 just as much as they did with Season 2. We will be holding the same Divisions for Season 3 but we have made a few changes; Amateur will no longer be capped at 10 players and Open prize pool has changed!
StarCraft 2 is a special title for us as it’s the only title on our platform that is inclusive of players that are in the SEA region.
Signs up will be available for those residing in Australia, New Zealand and/or the SEA region. Sign ups will open on 22 July.
Season 3 of StarCraft 2 will commence on Wednesday August 14th 2019
& will conclude Wednesday October 9th 2019
- Free month subscription to the top three players, open for all users to join.
- $500, open for all users to join, subscription required.
- $1,500, 8 player invite, subscription required.
In order to compete in Challenger and Amateur, players must have an active subscription throughout the season. Find it here.
The Open and Amateur Division will have the traditional ladder format.
Players will update their match times every week to be assigned up to 3 matches [per week] based on their availability and their elo. The Challenger Division will remain as a Single Round Robin format. Challenger Matches will be held every Wednesday night from 7PM AEST, with two matches scheduled at 7PM, the another 2 scheduled at 8PM.
Finals for the Open and Amateur Division will include the Top 8 players in a Best of 5 Single Elimination over the course of a week with coordinating times [via match page] to schedule their matches to be completed as soon as both teams are available. Finals for the Challenger Division will include the Top 4 players.

Season 2 Relegations will commence on Monday July 22nd 2019
& will conclude Sunday August 4th 2019
At the end of the season, the bottom 4 of Challenger verse the Top 4 of Amateur to decide who makes Challenger for Season 3. Relegations will be double elimination Best of Three, seeded as per your final placings at the end of the season. For example, the 5th place in Amateur will verse the 4th place in Open in the bracket. Players will submit their available match times for the tournament, as will their opponent, and the system will schedule the match at the earliest possible time that coincides.
