We’re excited to be kicking off an epic year of VALORANT in Oceania with VALORANT Challengers Oceania 2023 - the official pathway for Oceania to the VALORANT Pacific League!
Oceanic esports tournament organiser and broadcaster letsplay.live (LPL) announce their continued partnership with Riot Games as the official regional provider of VALORANT tournaments for 2023 and 2024.
Following on from a successful partnership in 2021 and 2022, the two-year deal will see LPL providing the official global pathway for Oceania-based VALORANT teams and players across 2023 and 2024. LPL will be the official tournament provider and broadcaster of these official events, kicking off their activity with VALORANT Challengers Oceania 2023.
Open Qualifiers will be a Best of 3, Single Elimination Format (played until completion). The top 2 teams will qualify for phase 2.
The top 2 teams from Stage 2 Open Qualifiers will play against the bottom 2 teams from Stage 1 in a Best of 3, Double Elimination bracket. The top 2 teams from the promotion & relegation series will qualify into phase 3.
Group Stage will see the top 8 teams play a Best of 3, Single Round Robin (each team playing each other once within the group). The top 6 teams will be seeded into the Regional Playoffs pending on their placements within Phase 2.
Regional Playoffs will see the top 6 teams from Group Stage play a Best of 3, Double Elimination bracket. The top team will qualify for the VALORANT Pacific League.
