E Black Selection

Throughout the Hyperfibre League, E Black Selectors from NZ Esports will be scouting all teams looking for the most talented and promising individual NZ gamers to invite to be part of Team New Zealand and begin the pathway to representing NZ on the global stage as an E Black.

Guilds

New Zealand Aotearoa is divided into six guilds. When competing in the Hyperfibre League, you will be required to make a team decision on which guild you wish to represent. This decision is completely up to you, you can represent whichever guild you want!

If you are representing an academic institute, such as a secondary school or university, you must participate under the controlling guild of where your main campus is based. For example, if you study at Otago University, you will need to compete as Frost.
