LPL Pro is extremely excited to announce our first Rainbow Six Siege tournament!
The LPL Pro Six Oceanic Cup NZ Qualifier will give top kiwi players an opportunity to show off their Rainbow Six Siege skills, and get a shot at qualifying for Ubisoft’s Six Oceanic Cup! There’s shaping up to be more Rainbow Six in 2019 than you can shake a stick at! I hope you’re as excited as we are.
Our initial qualifier weekend will take place over the 16th – 17th February 2019 to find the best teams in the NZ region. These teams will then progress on to the following weekend, the 23rd and 24th of February and compete in our LPL Pro Six Oceanic Cup NZ Qualifying event, where teams will go head-to-head in a BO3 series for the chance to qualify for Ubisoft’s Six Oceanic Cup event. 1st place will also receive NZ$750 and 2nd place NZ$250.
Ubisoft’s Six Oceanic Cup will be an online 2-week, single elimination, best-of-3 tournament featuring eight teams, and will commence with the online quarter finals on March 16th and 17th 2019.

Six Oceanic Cup NZ Qualifier Weekend: 23rd – 24th February
All tournaments will be played online. The Oceanic Cup NZ Qualifier matches will be broadcasted live on twitch.tv/letsplaylive and twitch.tv/rainbow6anz.
Registrations are now OPEN and will close on 10th February 2019 at 11:59PM NZT.
Please pay special attention to the terms of eligibility for teams in this tournament. The required three core kiwi players from each team must be legal residents of New Zealand, or a New Zealand citizens to be eligible to participate in the qualifiers. “Core” by definition means players that play on the main roster, and excludes substitute players. This also does not include managers, admins or any other role that may be affiliated with the team.

Players & subs participating in the Summer Series can register so long as they have not already qualified for the Six Oceanic Cup or are playing for a Summer Series Team that is signing up for the Last Chance Qualifier
