Only real concern I have with this build could be the psu and possibly the mobo.

Can anyone recommend a psu that's fairly quiet? Not sure as to whether to get a psu with no fan and have another fan such as corsair's sp120 quiet edition. I currently have a tx650 which is fairly annoying but i believe they have a reputation for that. Mobo should be ok as I'm not planning on oc but any input would be nice.
