To create a team, first you need to decide what page you would like to make a team on. For the Halo: Master Chief Collection, we have three pages to sign up. These pages are as follows:
Once you have decided what page you would like to sign up to, you can create a team by clicking on the
"Create Team" button on the top of the page.
You will then be prompted to fill out the general details of your team; this will include the
Team Name, Team Tag, if you are recruiting, and if you wish to include your Team URL. All of this information can be changed at a later time, so don't worry if you need to make changes, because it can be done.
Now that you have created your team, you want to invite the members of your team! To do this, go to your team profile page, and click
"Edit Team". You can find this option at the top right of the page.
The next step is to click on the option
"Invite Members". In this field, you will be prompted to enter the username of your teammates. Once the username appears, click on it, and it will continue to invite the user into the team; you can repeat this step until all team members have been invited into the team. Please note that for the 4v4 and CGHACS pages, your team roster can contain up to a maximum of 5 players, whereas for the 2v2 ladder, your team roster can contain up to a maximum of 3 players.
To accept the invite, all your need to do is open your invitations which can be located on the bottom right of your CyberGamer navigational bar. You can then accept or decline the invite as shown in the image below. If you have any issues accepting or invite members, please make a
support ticket detailing the issue.
All players now need to just make sure they have their correct gamertag on their CyberGamer Profile.
To do this, simply go to your profile, edit profile, profile, games & forums, and then select Game IDs. You will then see an option to enter your gamertag. If you run out of name changes, please make a
support ticket detailing the issue.
You have now successfully created a team, invited all team members to the team and included your gamertag on your CyberGamer profile. You are now ready to begin challenging teams on the ladders and/or sign up to the one-day-competitions and midweek competitions on the ASTRO Championship Series!
To compete in this competition, you
MUST be signed up on the CyberGamer Halo ASTRO Championship Series ladder page. This can be found here:

To register for this competition, you will simply have to post on this thread below, like so:
Yes, I confirm that [INSERT TEAM NAME] - [INSERT TEAM LINK] will compete in the CyberGamer Halo ASTRO Championship Series Midweek #4 on the 5th of February, 2015.
Be warned; if you register for this competition, but do not turn up to play, you will be deducted points as punishment.
The reason behind all core players is because at the end of each competition, players are awarded individual player points.
Player points are only awarded to 4 players however, so core players are used to determine which players get points, and which remaining player
(if any) is the substitute player.
Failure to set core players will result in all non-core members not receiving points from the competition.
To set core players, go to your team page, and click on the
"Edit Members" option located at the top right of the page. From here, you will see the
"Add as core member" option; simply click on this for all 4 core players that you wish to set. If you do not have any core changes, or you cannot set core players, please make a
support ticket detailing the issue.
Please note that core players reset after each competition, so when registering for your next competition, remember to set them again! Also, remember that core changes
MUST be set by 11:59pm AEDT on the night before the competition. Any changes after will be invalid and you will risk forfeiting any points earned throughout the competition.
