I'm in need a gym workout routine. This is to build more muscle, mainly wanting to focus on biceps and abs but i'm down for some cardio and tricep workouts.

While i've got you on the horn, can i get some suggestions on good brands for whey and your personal favorite flavor.

P.S. This can be googled but ill ask it here anyway, how much of a difference would it make if i was to put milk into Whey instead of water? Does it slow down the process, add a substantial amount of calories?

P.P.S. Pls only legit answers, i couldnn't care less about what you think about me or if you say shit like "0mGizzle, he iz tryeing too wurk on muskle, wut a week kunt"

Look, i know your intention is to build your arms and abs just for summer or whatever but i really think you should get into the whole body building aspect i mean if you just work out on your arms and abs it'll look a little weird when there bigger then your legs or chest etc.

This is my workout for one week of course i spend 2-3 hours at the gym with a training partner. It's a hard routine and it should be balanced with another workout routine that i do.

Also each day consists of x4 exercises, 8-12 reps, 3 sets on each body part on Week 1 routine. Week 2 has x5 exercises x12 reps 4 sets on each body part.

I take about 2400 calories on bulk on consistently goes up a little and about 1800 on shred (Just this year's macro count), I try to aim at 76kg 150 grams of protein, 47 fats and i can't remember my carbohydrate intake should be in my book.

Like I understand why people want to train strictly arms (jks I actually don't, it's stupid) but if that's all you want to do then you might as well do an arm workout every 3-4 days or so.

Anyway, if you actually want to commit to something more long term and serious. Upper body / lower body split for the first month or so considering you have no foundation to work from. 90% Compound movements.

Progress to something along the lines of Push/Pull/Legs split.

Also with the upper body and lower body split have you tried i.e, Upper body monday Lower body tuesday, rest, Thursday upper body and Friday Lower body?

heard its very hard but gives maximum results ofc eating your proteins carbs fats etc.
