My last post wasn't laid out properly and didnt get much across so here is a new one

I am a GN2 playing against GN3-MG on a daily basis

I am looking to form a team to play in the CGO ladder with me

Requirements
16+ Pref
Need an IGL,Awper,Entry fragger and Support
Willingness to improve and work as a team

Personal Strengths:
I make some decent plays
I am really good with the galil,m4 and fairly good with the ak
Communication is really good
Callouts on point
I will have games where i will dominate and just have ridiculous plays

Personal Weaknesses:
Have no experience on cobblestone
Not very good on inferno
My crosshair placement needs work as does my spray control(i mainly tap shoot)
I dont know many nade spots
I have my off games where nothing seems to go right for me
I am not very good at clutch moments that are more than a 2v1

No rank requirements because i am only a GN2 but can compete against MG's and still go pretty decent.
Aged 16+ Not really necessary id just like people around the sane age me being 19.
Willing to grind and work with the team.
Willing to practice every week(will work out times when we have a full team)

Me playing the lurker role i have some decent practice in this role and think it would be my best.

Hi this is a bit of a late reply but we have taken your feedback into account.

Our sponsor is west coast chill we are actively looking for more but being a newer org we don't have much of a following yet so it's hard to find good ones and we want the best for our teams.

As for for paying with jerseys we are trying to find a deal so that we don't have to make our players pay for them we don't want to make them have to.

Finally for the funding we start off by paying for lans and that is just a minimum the better the team and the harder they work we will cover more for them ultimately we would love to put all our teams on a salary but that is not in the cards at this point down the line for sure.
