Hi all,
VICTORY is looking for 2 players, High CGo-Mid CGa who are interested in finishing this current season of CGo and interested in playing CGa next season.
We're looking for a primary AWPer and an entry fragger.
So far the previous roster has played in the current CGo season (peak 2nd, currently 7th). Over the course of that time we've experienced players dipping in dedication and reliability, resulting in mixed and mostly negative results during matches.
What we're looking for in the new applying players:

Dedication: turning up to pracs, scrims and matches, turning up on time and prepared, as well as remaining dedicated to the team and not team hopping.

Experience: We're looking for players that have CyberGamer experience, but also experience in the game in terms of hours and 3rd party services (ESEA, FaceIT, Unity). While we do look for, and preference experienced individuals, we are willing to look into other players who lack such. (don't be afraid to ask).

Balance: The ability to balance things inside and outside of the game, as well as playing the game with your real life responsibilities. We want you to be able to both brain and aim, but also be able to study, sleep and game. A balance between these things will inherently increase your gameplay, which is what we're after.

Consistency: we're looking for players who are trying to be consistent in their performance, not just those who have good games and bad. We'd prefer those who are 50/50 rather than 0/100.

Self-efficacy: People who are looking to improve their own game without being babied and constantly reminded on what can be done.

Input: input in decisions and on ideas, both mine and other teammates. Whether it be regarding maps or strategies.
