Dendi to Stand in for Team Secret During Remainder of Dota 2 Maincast Autumn Brawl

Danil "Dendi" Ishutin will stand in for Team Secret for the next week, according to an announcement posted to Twitter Tuesday by the organization. Dendi will take the place of Team Secret's usual mid laner, Yeik "MidOne" Nai Zheng, during the remainder of the Dota 2 Maincast Autumn Brawl, an online Minor that began Saturday and is scheduled to run through Oct. 14.

Official Tweet:

After almost eight years on Natus Vincere, Dendi was removed from the team's active roster Sept. 1 in the roster reshuffling that occurred throughout the Dota 2 scene following The International 8. On Team Secret, Dendi will rejoin Clement "Puppey" Ivanov, his teammate of three years on Natus Vincere. The two last played together at the 2015 Dota 2 All Star game, footage of which was employed in Team Secret's announcement concerning Dendi standing in. Team Secret earned a fifth place finish at TI8, and has since conquered the Kuala Lumpur Major Europe qualifier.

Update : CZ Nerf, Economy Changes And More

This is mainly due to the introduction of the all-new economy system. Furthermore, the CZ75a and Tec-9 have gone through a serious rework. Hence, it is highly recommended you give the mentioned patch notes a good look at before starting off a game of CS:GO.

Adjusted the start-of-half economy with the goal of reducing the impact of a pistol round win on subsequent rounds.

In Competitive Matchmaking, both teams are now considered to start the half with a one-round ‘losing streak’ that is reset following a round win. Instead of $1400, the Round 1 loser receives $1900, then $2400 for a subsequent loss, etc.

The start-of-half losing streak can be adjusted via “mp_starting_losses”

CZ75a: Adjusted the CZ75a to encourage semi-automatic fire at medium and long ranges. increased recoil and fire inaccuracy slightly improved accuracy recovery rate

Tec9: Adjustments to make the weapon more forgiving at medium rates of fire.

reduced fire inaccuracy slightly improved accuracy recovery rate

SG553 price reduced to $2750

AUG price reduced to $3150

Austria is now available in Competitive Matchmaking.

Austria has been moved into Group Delta in official Casual matchmaking.

New Community maps Biome and Subzero are now available in Casual matchmaking as part of Group Sigma.

Canals has been removed from Competitive Matchmaking.

Shipped and Insertion are no longer available in official matchmaking.

Team Vitality reveal new CS:GO roster!

Just hours after G2 Esports announced that they had released both Nathan ‘NbK’ Schmitt and Dan ‘apEX’ Madesclaire from their CS:GO roster, Vitality made a huge revelation detailing their new lineup. Joining NbK and Apex will be fellow Frenchman Vincent ‘Happy’ Cervoni, Cédric ‘RpK’ Guipouy, and Mathieu ‘ZywOo’ Herbaut. Team Vitality, while a name that CS:GO fans may be unaccustomed to, is no stranger to the larger esports world, notably fielding teams in Call of Duty, League of Legends, and PUBG. The jump to CS:GO is one that has certainly been a long time coming for the organization and they have entered the scene with some of the biggest names in the game.

Official Tweet: https://twitter.com/Team_Vitality/status/1049336696578428928

NbK is at the forefront of this team, as the video heavily focused on his struggles with staying passionate about the game. “For a short while, I thought about stopping. About leaving for new horizons. Even about leaving this continent,” NbK recalls in the video. After regaining his focus, however, NbK decided to stick around and that led to him to Vitality where he will join four of his fellow countrymen on a roster that he refers to as a family.
