personally i withdrew from the ladder because half my team weren't trying in clan matches, they were more obsessed with playing Red Dead Redemption. plus i got really pissed off when randoms somehow were able to join our private matches during a clan match.

PS were made out 2 b cheats when that happened to us. We were told they can not join a private CLAN MATCH. Just goes to show how private a private clan match is!!!!!!!!!
