I think it lacks quite a bit of depth and texture for an eSports team logo. I'm not really a fan of the font for 'rush' but that's probably just down to personal opinion. It'd look a lot better on a darker background, like a charcoal/dark grey imo.

If you want to play competitive, PS4 is where it's at. Loads of people still play Xbox though.
